I can't say anything about T&C because I didn't go the debt consolidation route. But I did go with Langhorne back in December and I'm pretty happy with them so far. I had five internet loans and they managed to settle three of them so far. One settlement was higher than I thought it should be but that was CashNetUSA and they are licensed in my state. Another one was written off and I paid about half what I borrowed to settled the third one so I guess it all averages out. The only complaint I had was I did get some collection calls for the first couple of months. I thought those weould end when I hired them. But at least it wasn't everyone calling me and no one is bothering me any more. The other down side is they call and email a lot looking for bank statements to prove I'm saving what I'm supposed to be saving. I understand they have to do this because they don't hold the money. It stays in my savings account until they make a deal. But it can get a little annoying sometimes.
Hope this helps.

I am also with Langhorne and have been very pleased. 2 of my five PDL's have been settled in full and we have filed an AG claim against ameriloan for their non-stop harassment. We are also close to other settlements, so I am very happy with their work.
