a credit card co. went to court, they won,now they want full pay back in 3 days.Or the cops will come and take all my personal things! what can I do?

The cops won't take all your personal things. Most items will be exempt, unless you own a bunch of expensive stuff. I would contact the company and try to work out a payment plan. They would much rather have cash from you then have to try and sell your stuff . . . .
