darkchild, welcome to the forums. What state are you in? How much did you borrow from them and how much have you paid back? Is this the only PDL that you have? If you can answer these questions we may be able to help. I have been dealing with Westbury and many others on here have too.
Pdl nightmare
I am in the state of texas. I've paid $120 on a 200$ loan, but they are claiming it to be extension fees. I have several others but during my recent move I have lost the box with all my paperwork. I have no idea who or how much?

Someone will post for you the laws in Texas regarding payday loans. You are required to pay up to the legal amount allowed but no more as long as Texas requires companies doing business there to adide by their laws. The other companies you have loans with will contact you if they can find you after your move. DO NOT let them intimidate you. They will try very hard to get you to pay more than you owe in most cases. Some may even threaten you with arrest. They can't do anything. They are just trying to scare you.

do you have bank statements or can you access your account on line? If you have lost your bank statements, contact the bank and ask for them, and go back as far as you think the first loan was taken out, maybe even before that. Using your bank statements you can figure out how much you have paid them also.
Like was stated, do not let these people intimate you. That is what they do best, or at least try to. The more people learn about their tatics, the less people will be intimidated by them and the less their tatics will work.
