Overdrawn

I am always overdrawn on my bank account. I seem to always use more money than what I have. I get paid Net income of $2,300 and my bills add up to about $1,500. I should have $800 left a month. But since I am always overdrawn on my account, I never have money. I always make sure I take out the money I need for rent right before the bank prevents me from doing it. I usually take it out from ATM's and end up paying $2.00 per transaction and then the bank charges me $27.00 per transaction overdrawn. I need to learn to budget myself. My life partner has tried to help me but we always end up arguuing because I want to have money to spend. I am tired of living like this and need help. I am sooo desperate. HELP!!!

I would suggest that you open a new account somewhere else and start fresh. Get overdraft protection if you can but please don't use it. Bring your overdrawn account back to zero and close it. The can't keep an overdrawn account open for more than 120 days by law. If they charge it ofF you will be put into Chex Systems which is like being a marked person in the banking industry. Try not to use yor debit card but work with cash out of your pocket. When its gone its gone and that is that. Stay away from those ATMs especially on the weekend. It might mean sacrificing that bottle of Perriet Jouet but too bad. Been there.
