I agree that this is a good thing. Especially in Nevada. This is where alot of the payday companies go to. My personal goal would be to shut them all down. Or at least to get a interest rate that would help people. KYSIDE38

Someone in the higher echelons of government needs to hire someone to call these people every hour, on the hour, of every day, at their workplace, and tell them they're downloading them and will have 40 people at their door to arrest them in 15 minutes. Then they need to call them at home and get their kids on the phone and tell them they're arresting their mom and/or dad for defaulting on their payment arrangement. Then they need to call their neighbors and inform them that they live next to a slimeball scumbag debtor who doesn't pay their bills.

Me too! Route 66 just sent me 2 emails this morning telling me that my payment was returned and it may have been a mistake. I am going to forward it back to them one hundred times. It has been months. I revoked there ACH. Reported them to my states AG, the FTC. They just don't get it!
