I sent National Credit adj a copy of my state laws along with co
I sent National Credit adj a copy of my state laws along with copies of the numerous letters I sent to the original company...I have not heard back from them yet so I am not sure if this is a good course of action or not....
STATE LAWS
I am doing the same thing with Accounts Receivable Management who got my PDL from Rio Resources aka MTE Financial. The CA is located in the State where I live. You would think they would know the laws. I will let you know how they react. All they sent me as a validation so far is the same thing that Tweety got. A bill.
