i have payday loans and i want to pay them all off but can i get loan forthis without a house as back up can anyone help

I wouldn't get a loan to pay off these loans. There are ways to do this withoug getting another loan. Will you give us a little more information?

What state are you in?
Who are the loans with?
How much did you borrow?
How much have you paid back?

With this info, we will be able to point you in the right direction.

I live in Ohio and have 8 payday loans. It started with one and has gone to 8 because of needing to find more loans to pay off the previous ones. Today I find my checking account overdrawn because of one of the 8 submitting 2 ACH debits. I need help desparately because with these two debits I am now unable to pay rent, car, or furniture payments. Where can I go for help to pay off these loans. I have tried numerous places for loans and all it has done is place more negative credit on my report when I am turned down. Any and all responses will be greatly appreciated!

To prevent that, you can send a letter that revokes any wage assignment you may have previously made, and give a copy to your employer's payroll department. Garnishments are not permitted in the state of TX; creditors are pretty limited in obtaining payment on a judgement.

If you're going to close your account, I'd open another account first. Then close the old account, and explain the situation to the bank. Explain that the only debits coming will be unauthorized, and they must not force open your closed account. You may want to send another letter that restricts them from searching banks for other accounts using your social security number and withdrawing funds, too.

There is at least one consolidation company that is willing to negotiate with PDLs. If you need it, just ask, I'm sure other members would be glad to PM you the contact info (I don't have it).

Money that's been borrowed should be repaid, but there is a certain priorty--food/shelter/transportation/etc...

Morningstar has given you some great advice. I think that you may be able to take care of these loans without paying an outside consolidator but that is depending on how hard you wish to fight. It may take a little work on your part and putting up with some phone calls for a couple weeks but it can be done. Definitely make getting a new bank account your first priority. That is the first step in taking back your life from these places.
