I have the same problem. Someone from United lawfirm, a lawfirm that Arrowhead appointed to deal with their legal matters. I just got a nasty message, where I could not understand anything the fellow was saying, except for the very last remark he left on my work voicemail, which he made very clear, very loud. A threat about I am yet to see the harsh parts of my life, and so one, I just watch and see. Im not that knowledgeable withlaws and such but I know that as a consumer we also have a right, and they cannot harrass us in the way that man was doing tome. I would like to know what I can do to fix this. I know I have a debt to pay and I have all the intentions to pay them. They are threatening me that by the end of ttoday at 5pm if the money isn't sent to them, that they will forward the case to the police dept and they will make sure that the police dept will have custody of me. and all that types of threat. Can they even do that.'//?? please help me, what can I do. I tried making arrangements but they want to stick to what they are saying...they are saying that I am being suit for fraud.

I just got off the phone with the manager of the lawfirm handling the "case" and he just said that I just need to watch out now because they will start garnishing my pay, they will contact my manager at work,I need to get a really good lawyer and all that jazz..that i have to be very scared. i told him if i can just refer it to a credit consolidation and counseling and have them help me. he said no, that i s is a legal mattaer.. i just want to make sure that they cannot touch me or my things,.. what can they do>>

The ones that are operating furthest outside the law make the biggest threats because that is their only recourse. Report them to your Attorney Generals office. Record them if your state allows. If they say they are a law firm they can be arrested not you. They are a bunch of low life clowns. Probably calling from another country. When they can't intimidate you they will move on to their next victim.
