I took a loan out with this company and they never did email or phone, letter to give me info to pay the full amount of my loan so my bank account overdrawn and I had to close it now I recieve a phone call and the say they are coming to arrest me They will see me in court Can they do that with out asking to recieve some money or a different pay plan? Please help I 'm scared I have never been arrested

No, they won't come to your place and arrest. There are so many complaints against this company. Do a search on them here and you will read others comments on Midland. What is the principal loan amount and how much have you paid so far? It will be for your good to pay their principal amount and get off their back.

3-midlandmarket

I just got a loan from 3-midland market and they deposited the money into my account. I cant find a number for them and I cant get up with them to pay my loan in full. what do i do. they said that they would email me with the info that i needed to pay them
