I have been told, that all of these are actually under MTE Financial. Does anyone know if this is true. Is this who I should be contacting for these last remaining loans?

They are all different DBA's for MTE financial however all three companies will deny, deny, deny....United cash loans will not respond to your requests they will ignore you, send you nasty emails and then when you email them back they will tell you to call because they cannot locate an account under your name and then email you the next day....

Ten Dollar is actually part of Rio Resources. It's separate from ameriloan and United Cash which are commonly owned and operated. What's happened is that the owners of Rio and the owner of UCL/Ameriloan both cut deals with the Miami Tribe of Eastern Oklahoma to make it look like "Miami Tribal Enterprises" is the lender in exchange for a small piece of the money they collect. Something about the tribe being immune from suits and state AG's. Of course, Rio found out quickly that immunity only applies to the tribe, not the company that manages and services the loans.

If they take you to court, your defense would be that they are doing business without a license, and the judge would throw the case out. I doubt they would try something like that . . . . .

I do not think that this company would take you to court but I have not had any luck getting them to close my account or mark me paid in full. I last spoke with UCL last week and they said they are continuing collections activity until I pay them what they say I owe them that is like $300 more than I do.
