Have you calculated the total amount of your debt? I suggest you to talk to your bank about the situation and work out a repayment plan. They surely can help in your situation by providing a few extensions. If you don't talk to them, things are not going to improve and they will assume that you are trying to avoid their payments. Then you might have to deal with one of their collection companies who are mostly famous for their aggressive collection tactics.

Yes, talk to them before you can't get caught back up and they charge your account off. My credit union had "overdraft protection" and paid all my overdrafts. What happened was that these storefront pdl's sent their checks through and they ended up getting their money that way...then I had to borrow again to get my account caught back up..then over again. Eventually I could not get the account caught up and the bank ended up closing it.

Do talk to your bank about it. If you stay OD, they can close your account. I know we played with a time bomb when we had the pdls. We had to have a postive balance at least once every 15 days. Thankfully when the paycheck hit, it would go positive and within 2 days back in the negative. But the bank can close your account even if it does that, so do what you can and see if the bank will work with you. One things I do advise if you don't get a satisfactory answer from one person, move right up the chain of command.
