Hi Veronica - welcome to the site!
The good news is, you're young - you have a lot of time ahead of you to shape up your credit and correct the mistakes you've made in the past so you can start looking towards a brighter future.
If you signed up for the free consultation when you registered with this site, you will receive a call from a consultant who will offer you some ideas on debt consolidation or settlement. You are not obligated to use their service, but it will give you an idea of what's available out there.
It would be a good idea to pull current copies of your credit report from all three bureaus, if you haven't already. You can go to annualcreditreport.com and obtain a free copy of all three reports once per year, or when you've been denied credit. That will give you a better overall picture of what your credit looks like. It may not be as bad as you think.
Keep us posted on your progress - we're here to help!

SUEBEEHONEY70 has a good advice about going through your credit report and find out the latest status of each debt. You will know all the creditors with whom payment arrangements have to be worked out. Do check the SOL of each account in case you are worried about any legal actions your creditors might take. If the SOL is expired by this time, no one can sue you but the debt will still be reported as a negative item on your credit copy until its past the seven years timeframe from the date of first default.
