My husband and i have 4 internet payday loans and 5 instore payday loans. We can't take this anymore. We have been living off of 100.00 a month for food for 6 months and always have to borrow more to pay rent. We have been doing this over a year. We finally just closed our bank account on the 4th because if we didn't we couldn't pay rent and i didn't want to borrow anymore. We are getting calls from the internet ones. They are calling my husbands job also. The instore ones we will be paying off with payment plans but the internet ones i am very worried about. I live in California and here is the info of the internet loans i have......

500fastcash- borrowed- 300.00- pay every 2 weeks- 90 + 50 still owe- 200.00- but have paid 625.00 so far

united cash loans- borrowed 350.00- pay every 2 weeks- 105 (finance ) owe- 350.00- have paid once 105.00

Purpose loans- borrowed 300.00- pay every 2 weeks 65.00- have paid 65.00

magnum cash advance- borrowed- 600.00- pay every 2 weeks 235.00- have paid 470.00

please someone help. This is killing me!

Welcome to the forums. You have come to the right place and you did the right thing in closing your bank account. That is the very first step. Figure out what you owe these places legally-principle plus legal interest for your state. File complaints with your state's AG. CA is really cracking down on these pd lenders from what I hear.

Take care of the store front ones first and then worry about the internet ones. You need to take care of the necessary things first, like rent and utilities, etc. Once the store fronts are taken care of then I would concern myself with the internet ones. Figure out how much you actually owe them and do not pay them one penny more than the allowable amount and don't let them bully you. The internet ones cannot send you to jail or anything like that. They can harrass the heck out of you for a while, but that is about it. I know that is annoying and can be very frustrating. It will all work out. You will see

From what I am seeing, UCL and Magnum Cash Advanced loaned you more than the maximum amount allowed and also, if I am reading this right, you are only suppose to have one loan at a time.
