Where can one find an avatar, and how do you upload it?

Well they are located under your profile. However, I am being told that you will only see red x's until you actually choose one. You upload also under profile. Now LawStudent you have been a great friend and also wonderful to this forum. I would be more than glad to attempt to make you a personal avatar. If you are interested just please give me some kind of idea of what you would like.

Well I haven't actually seen the avatars available here...but you can find them on your profile page. Everyone says all they see is red x's until you actually choose 1 and upload it. And, then if you don't like the 1 you chose you just keep going until you find a good 1. Normally I would pop right up and offer to make you one...but, I already have a couple of orders on hold and I can't do anything for at least 24 hrs. because I was a piggy with my sattelite time and am being punished. Now if you don't find one under your profile that you like....and, you are willing to wait....then I can try to make something for you. However, I really prefer to stay away from the Disney characters. Even though they can be used under the fair practice share...concerning file size...disney can get pretty persnikkety. So maybe you could give me a few other ideas of what you like...for instance if not Pooh...how about a really sweet teddy....something along those lines. But it will be a while....probably even by the end of the week.

Thanks all. Actually I did a google search and this was one of the first I found. Thanks for the offer Moondanzer. I'm new to things such as avatars, and wouldn't know what to ask for LOL.
