Can you tell me how you researched to find what companies were liscensed to lend in WI. I am in Wisconsin, and I have a few internet PDLs that I consolidated with T&C. But if they are illegal, I will try and get a PIF.

I can probably tell you right now what she will tell you, not very many internet payday loans are licensed to lend in Wisconsin. But now here's the catch, if you went and did a search for a payday loan then in WI they do not have to be licensed but if you answered an junk e-mail sent to you then they do have to be licensed. So you will have to let her know how you came about these loans.
