Trying to get things straight

Hi,
I got myself in to a little bit of debt and want to get things straightened out. I had kids and had to stop working so I wasnt able to pay my credit cards and now that I am working I want to get back on track.
I have a credit card bill from Carsons 500, Sears 900, J C Penney 300, Cingular 700, SBC 700, Capital One 600. I believe that is all. Thank you
