i am 20 and way to deep in debt i lost my job and put everything into collections or past due and i took out a lot of payday loans to pay other bills now i am in a hole and i make good money but the calls are so overwhelming i just dont answer and i need to get my life and credit back on track so i am looking for advice on which is the best way to do that for my situation

Don't avoid the phone calls because it's doing no good. The collectors are getting aggressive because of your ignoring their calls. I will suggest you to talk to them and work out a plan. Make sure that you have the debt validated before sending money. You need to be sure of your money going towards your account.

Avoiding their calls will only make them nastier, if you talk to them and explain your situation alot of them may be able to work out a repayment plan with you, if you make a payment plan stick with it and if you can't make your scheduled payment, let them know. About a 2 years ago I was in a similar situation, and I just picked one creditor to pay off at a time, explaining to the others that that is what I must do. I got several paid of by doing that. You did come to the right place for support and advice. Oh yeah, no more pdl's they won't help your situation, only make it more unbearable.
