i live in Maine. I have used payday loans since 2003 since my husband was out of work due to an accident. I have never been able to pay these offand have been rolling them over.

Like bewildered, I would just like to know how to get rid of these loans once and for all and improve my credit score...hopefully DCC will help

haney amy ~ Welcome. It is so easy to get drawn into the payday loan trap but so hard to get out. You have definilty come to the right place. So may of us have been there and are working our way our of it. As johnson4485 said, plese let us know what state you are in, who your loans are with, how much you have borrowed and how much you have paid each one. Some states, payday loans are prohibited, some do not allow roll overs and most have caps on what these lenders can charge.
