My theory on cash call is that they will wait quite a while to collect . . . . . That's because they charge 100% interest, and if they were to take you to court, they wouldn't get to charge that much interest. So they wait for a while until the amount you owe has doubled or tripled and then they will go after you . . . . . That's just a theory though . . . .

I found a collection letter from a company called, Absolute Resolutions Corp, back from March, I never did anything with it so I'm going to send a DV today and see what goes from there. And ARC is reporting I owe 4500 on a 2600 right off, so my guess is they're charging some high ass interest amount.

Yeah, they charge between 75% to 200% . . . . . Vultures . . . . And they are backed by a bank, so they don't have to follow the laws that pdl's do. They are a glorified payday loan, only you get a lot more money loaned to you, but end up paying back your first born!

If I remeber correctly, if you borrow $5,000 from them, in my state you'd be paying back $200 a month for 5 years! That's a total payback of $12,000!
