how can i clear 2 jugegements form MRC REceivable CORP.?

I am being harassed to pay off an unverified debt (they will not provide info). I had made a payment agreement with them a year ago and I have kept up with payments now they are trying to garnish my daughters wages because she too was listed on the judgement. I asked the credit ard company YEARS ago if my daughter (a minor) could use my card on a class trip without any trouble and before I knew it, they sent a credit card in her name. Because she was a minor I discarded the card and it was never used now they want her to pay for it. They are giving me until 9/30to pay off debt in full or they are going after my daughter. Any suggestions?

If your daughter was not on the card as a responsible party, which is completely different than authorized user, then she has no liablity on the card. It is a move to scare you.

They will have to go to court to get the judgement and then request the garnishment. But they will have to prove in court her liability.

I have a Judgement against me in the courts of Queens Courts in NY and I have never lived in this county or state in my life as a co-signer of a credit card for the amount of $2,644.15. What can I do about this? Is there any way I can find out who is the person that did this I know who lived at the address that was given but I don't know who name is actually on the orginally credit card it just was file in the courts as me being the co-signer not the owner of the card.

I also have a judgement with MRC receivables...dated in 2006...never went to court, and last year when I pulled my credit it wasn't there and now it is...also Midland is listed 2x on my credit with the same account number with different amounts owed and different dates ...I need to get this off asap but cannot locate a number to reach them
