I had a note approach foreclosure and accepted a forebearance plan. I made somepayments on it but could not handle the additiona load financially and it slipped toward foreclosure. I actually recieved a letter stating that but it did not go to the attorney. I talked to the mortgage people and tiold them I would sell my house to pay the loan off. We wanted to move anyway.
I arranged to do this but the note kept showing late.
The credit report shows paid off foreclosure started. Any ideas or suggestion how to get that staement off of there. It does stick out.....
