Undecided on how to handle UCL and One Click

After reading the posts about OK (and CA) requesting ceast and desist for Rio/MTE I am undecided about what to do regarding loans with UCL and One Click Cash-I've already defaulted on UCL and about ready to default on OCC and need someone's opinion. Once I get my account closed, should I request PIF from both of these? Or should I just let T&C handle them? What do you think my chances are of getting PIF? I have overpaid on both but was almost done with them. Should I bother?

The way I figure it is that after the 3rd rollover of $60 each the fourth rollover they did was illegal and what I paid should have gone towards the principal. I figure both owe me $125 in overpayment if it's based on $30 interest on $200 loan legally. Did I calculate this correctly?

Yes it appears that you have caluclated correctly...send them a letter revoking their right to debit your account, revoking any voluntary wage assignment you may have signed, and state your states laws and demand them to mark your account pif...you may request a refund but if they send you one..DO NOT CASH IT AT YOUR BANK...take it somewhere else like a liqour store and pay the fee to safeguard your new banking information! They probably will not send one to you anyway. Also, file a complaint with your attorney general on them
