I do not know the company but your bank should be able to provide you with a phone number or some other contact info..also if you type in the name in the google at top, it may return another thread because I know I have read about them...

866 722 2770 is the number I found for them, they also go by Platinum B services from what I have read

SJM/PLATIUM B Servies are the same company....Mine went into collection through Westbury Ventures and they charged me illegal fees on my loan...I filed complaints and they worked with me.

How much have you paid towards it so far?

Do a search on this forum for a Josh Mitchem. At one time he was the VP of SJM or Platinum B. He advised people that they could contact him. I would give it a try. KYSIDE38

dustin never gets back to you. Do what kyside said go find josh's phone number. If you cannot get him then leave a voice mail. He was really good to deal with, but it was already too late for me they sent mine to Bass&Ass.
