I am worried that if I don't make the payment requested that something will happen. The threatened me that if the amount of $230 wasn't received by 5 pm Sunday that an affidavit would be rendered for theft and fraud and I would be arrested and have papers served. What should I do? I do not have the full amount to pay. Should I make a payment of what I can or just ignore it?
