The first thing I would do is rank these bills in order of priority. The broken lease is number one, since this involves housing, which is a basic need, and everything else should be ranked accordingly. Other basics would include: lights, car, food, etc. You should rank the other bills behind those. Then I would figure out how much money is coming in, subtracting for basic needs. That is how much you have for repayments.
I would then call your creditors and offer what you can. If you have to send them $25 a month to start, then do it. Depending on your situation, I would also look into debt consolidation.
