Mr. Foster is co-chair of the firm’s Financial Institutions Practice Team and co-chair of firm’s E-Discovery Practice Team. Mr. Foster has industry experience with banking and financial institutions, and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Mr. Foster is a certified mediator for the Florida Supreme Court and a certified appellate mediator for the Florida 5th District Court of Appeal. Yes, no doubt teaching them to skirt the law. Sounds like he's ripping off the collectors themselves. He makes it appear like he's cramming about two years or more of law school into an hour and a half for $199. They collectors will always screw up, no matter how many boggus seminars they want to take.
