Well, it's time to share the diagnosis from the doctor today. I wish I had better news to report but I know it could be a lot worse. I'm in the early stages of breast cancer. Yes, it was caught early and my doctor seemed very optimistic. They have scheduled an appointment with an oncologist in two weeks and I go from there. I've had my cry about this and it's time to accept it. My family really rallied around me today. I'm really not shocked but I wish it wasn't cancer.

Mishele -

Words fail me here, but I'll try. I'm so sorry to hear your diagnosis. However, I'm very hopeful for you, as you said, it's early, and early is a GOOD thing when it comes to cancer. In fact, it's the BEST thing that can happen when it comes to this diagnosis.

Love you sweetie...you keep us posted, and you know we'll do anything in the world we can to help you out, whatever you need.

Oh Michelle I as Sue are also at a loss of words. I know we can all say the most positive things possible right now...but, that in reality you will still go through much stress. But please remember, that it truly is a blessing from God that it was caught in the very early stages. And they have come so far in this area that if caught in time...which apparently yours was....it is completely treatable and actually not too invasive anymore. Please know my prayers are with you, and, I can feel your worries and your fear. But I have faith that God is going to bless you with full recovery. I know my words are pretty useless right now...I only wish you could feel what is inside my heart....my words can't convey it properly. God Bless!!

Mishele, I was shocked and so sorry to hear abouut your diagnosis. Fortunately, as others here have said, since they caught it in the early stages, research has made so many leaps and bounds in this area that ou should have a complete recovery without it being too invasive. I wish you the best of luck, and you know you'll be in my thoughts and prayers. We're with you every step of the way.

Mishele - like everyone else - I am at a loss for words! I know that it is hard, but keep positive thoughts. Positive energy and thoughts are great healers. Thank God that this has been caught early and the type that is the most treat able. My thoughts and prayers are with you and you know how to reach me. Lots of love and prayers - Colleen

Mishele- I am so sorry the news wan't better, but just remember, we live in an age now that can do wonders with treatments. Two of my friends had breast cancer years ago, when the technology isn't like it is today, and both have survived-you will too!. Keep a positive attitude, easier said than done, and that will help. I had malignant skin cancer three times, they cut me from shoulder to shoulder to remove a tiny spot, littler than a pencil eraser, but so far, so good. But during all of this, someowhere in my heart I knew I would be ok, and tried to go with that thought and belief. My thoughts and prayers are with you, if you need to talk, let me know--I love ya girlie..Karen :D
