Getting a little discouraged....

One click cash sent me one email about "using a form letter" and I responded back to them and have not heard anything since. Not sure what to do.
I still have to send Payday Cashlink $120 which is what I legally owe them. I am sending that out tomorrow.
Eastside Lenders- I sent them a letter (I have overpaid them) certified mail, but have not heard anything from them.
VC Funding-I Know they are gonna be a b***h to work with. I took out $250.00 with them and they have taken out $150.00 in renewals, which means I only legally owe them $100.00. I havent heard anything from them yet.
I guess I'm just getting a little discouraged. I want these paid off now! Just need some encouragement!

You are already almost 50% there! That is immense success in just a few weeks! I would just keep sending them letters. The more they hear from you, the more they may take you seriously.

Hang in there! You are doing great! It does get discouraging sometimes, but don't give up. Look how far you have come in a short amount of time, 4 out of your hair! That is wonderful. Really, before you know it the others will be gone. Stay strong and don't loose sight of your goal. (((hugs)))

I don't think that filing a complaint with the AG's office here in Florida will work. I have filed three complaints agains three separate companies and still have not heard anything back. I had to file complaints with the Florida Office of Financial Regulation. I had emailed the AG's office but nothing.

bublefan1 when you filed your BBB complaint against Paychecktoday, did you file it in MN? That is the address listed for Paychecktoday. I originally filed my complaint in MN and got no response. I then filed in Tulsa OK under MTE Financial. MTE Financial said that they had absolutely nothing to do with Paychecktoday. However, my loan agreement states MTE Financial dba Paychecktoday on one of the pages. I faxed this to the BBB and she stated that it definitely proved they were the same company. I haven't had any further response. I will see what MTE Financial says next.
