Hi - Earlier today I had sent the following e-mail to the customer service dept. at Cash Transfer Centers - To Whom it May Concern:

And this is what I received back -

Hello, this is Sandra from CashTransferCenters.com.

All of our loans must be repaid in full on their due date. Unfortunately we are unable to provide extensions or rollovers, however, you can reloan with us the same day your current loan is paid.

If your loan is being returned NSF you will need to call Payment Services to make payment arrangements. Their number is 1-888-740-2274 and they are open Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 8:00pm, Friday 8:00 am - 7:00 pm Central Time.

Thank you for choosing CashTransferCenters.com !

If you have any questions or concerns you can contact us through any of the methods I have provided below.

I am just wondering if anyone has ever set up any payment plans w/ CTC. I know my payments on that schedule are kind of spaced out & I wish I could repay it in full right away but thats the best I can do right now. What should I tell them if they demand the payment right away and won't work with me? I have a wage garnishment letter in the works.

Thanks, I'm faxing the wage assignment tomorrow. I received a call today at work & one on my cell from CashTransfer Centers..I'm assuming they have realized I've closed my bank account. They left a message saying it was extremely urgent that I return their call - what should I be prepared for when I call them? I cant pay them the $735 until the middle of June..should I tell them I will have to set up a payment plan? ALSO - should I go ahead & let them know Im faxing them a wage assignment and also sent one to my payroll department? Thanks..

Send the wage assignment ASAP to your payroll department as suggested above. I dealt with them a long time ago. I know that they can be a nightmare. They threaten they won't take payment arrangments but they have for many. I would fax the letter to them ASAP. Yes, let them know that you are also revoking the voluntary wage assignment with them. If you talk to them on the phone, they will be very rude. Can I ask what state you live in? This might help knowing the lending laws in your state or you can check at paydayloaninfo.org.
