I did some digging, Jeff Campos and Laura Hess, both work for Eric and Edward Cherry of Ibill FRAUD fame. Eric and Edward Cherry have a very discusting history of starting up scam companies......ripping people off for as long as possible.......then dissolving the company before they get sued. Go to the Florida Secretary of State site and pull up the corporate history of Eric and Edward Cherry.

Jeff Campos who works for Eric and Edward Cherry is a 28 year old piker lawyer, who is simply seeking to extend the lifespan of the Hess Kennedy SCAM by changing the name to Campos Chartered Law. Jeff Campos is a loathsome swindler who works for 2 notorious swindlers Eric and Edward Cherry.


There is an active Bass and Associated Inc in Sarasota, and an Active Bass And Assocaites, PC in Arizona.

Hey Digger FullFigure is actually correct, I checked Eric and Edward Cherry out, they are a couple of ex Ibill ****guys. I went to the Florida Secretary State site, and Jeff Campos pops up as a partner of Hess Kennedy...lol.

Edward Cherry wife used to run a ****company called Call Girlz INC. These people are lowlife scum, fullfigure is also correct in that Edward Cherry has a suspicious habit of opening and closing down companies very quickly.........Why?? you ask, BECAUSE people figure out that they are a scam!

Hey Digger, blah blah blah. . . . .

Is there anyone in here who is actually a debt client that can give me some advice except for all the debt settlement companies, debt collectors who are losing money to the debt settlement companies, etc.

Should I just file bk or stick a pistol in my mouth?

I have $36,000 in unsecured credit card debt.

Citibank is two credit cards. I filled out a form and someone who claimed they were "local" called me from this site, or referral from this site whatever.

They used a local number, but when i asked further turns out they are not local at all.

Then, they wanted to charge me $540 to tell me i do not qualify for credit counseling.

Citibank is going to sue me. What do i do?
