This guy has a documented record of scamming consumers, and problems with the FTC. Edward Cherry aka Edward "Kennedy" has mega nerve protesting the in most cases legitimate anger of Hess Kennedy clients who have been SCAMMED. This guy is a sociopath just like he screwed Ibill merchants by simplay not paying them......he continues the pathological behavior by setting up Hess Kennedy and doing very little or nothing for his clients!

I wonder if there is anybody out there that has had a positive experience and was able to complete the program through this company.

Ed Cherry is back at it again. This time as the owner of a sham Lawyer Referral Service, The Center For Legal Justice. Once again, preying on consumers in need, they coerce consumers to enter into retainer agreements with low level attorney's (look up Howard Feinmel ) then take whatever money they have . It is a SCAM and a FRAUD, just like Hess-Kennedy under a new cover.
