I stupidly fell for the online loan.now they have taken over 700.00 from my account .i need to know what i can do to get it back .if anyone knows please help!!!

First go to http://www.paydayloaninfo.org and look up your state laws on payday lending. In many states payday loans are prohibited. File complaints with your Attorney Generals office consumer division. Close that bank account and dont give them access to it anymore. Best Wishes KYSIDE38

Kyside is right. First review the charges as mentioned in your state laws. Then you need to call your bank and explain that Nationwide Cash has added illegal charges on your loan account. They will dispute with the loan company and get the charges verified. If they fail to respond to your bank, you might have the money reverted back to your account.

I closed my bank account with wells fargo and opened up a new one. i have like 7 pdls that were due on friday, well i closed my account before any of them were posted to my account. The lady told me that the only way they can get into ur new account is that if your old account was in the negative for a certain amount of time then they have the right to claim the money from ur current account. but on the other hand i said well what if these payday loan companies try to debit my closed account and i do not want them to she then said i can always just call in and setup fraud on the account and they will credit the account back for any overdraft fees etc...

I am a single mother and i got in a situation and thought a paydayloan from national payday. They have taken 90.00 4 times and this week they took 140.00 I called to get the payoff and he said it was at 325.00. this was on a 300.00 loan. That is 500.00 I have paid and still owe 325.00. How can that be. What can i do? Can anyone help me or advise me. When I called and told them I could not pay these amounts he said tough it was in my contract. I told him I was going to close my account and he said they could withdrawl from any account so unless I was going to sleep with my money under by bed they would have access to it.
