I took out a couple payday loans when my Fiancé was fired from his job, I was then forced to take out other payday loans just to pay the fees, eventually I got trapped and couldn’t even buy food for our kids. I closed the accounts, and have attempted to make payment arrangements with each company. However today May 29, 2007 a company called United Processing Legal Dept called me and told me that I will be arrested if I don’t pay 1800.00 the total for 3 loans, I am not able to that. My fiancé attempted to contact them and they told him 900.00 today and 900.00 next week. I cant do that. I just simply cant, I will loose my job if they keep calling. He called again and left a message telling me to say goodbye to my kids, that I was going to prison. I saved the message. Can you help?

I live in MN and they are threatening me with jail, there last message said " tell your kids goodbye",.

I am now trying to find the location of 3 places. Please help.

Arrowhead Investment
Premerie Company
Total Lending

I need state and contact info! PLEASE HELP

Do a search with the company name at the google box above and go to the active links. You will find the addresses somewhere in between the posts.

Write your proposal letters mentioning how much you will be able to afford at this time. Review the laws in your state to figure out the actual charges and you don't pay anything extra. Send your check along with the letter and wait for them to cash it. You need to have a proof of your arrangements done in case they decide to take you to the court. The judge will see your part in a fair way and make the company work on your terms.

united processing/united pay services they are both the same. You need to contact your state AG asap. I would also contact the FTC. When you get those complaints in then go to your employer and let them know what is going on and tell them that you are working with the state on this matter. Then when they contact your employer they can tell united that they know that they cannot have you arressted and to stop calling. Thats what my employer did. United kept calling about 10 times a day and then finally my HR director finally told them that they have all their calls recorded and to stop calling. And I have not heard from them for quite some time.
