I got an email from the Florida Division of Financial Services that all Internet Lenders making loans in the State of Florida must be licensed with the Division regardless of their physical location. I hope this info helps someone.

That's true!! And it's applicable in almost every state. Many companies are not ready to mention it in the contract. Every consumer must be aware of this pdl law.
