If they are internet loans, and you find out that they are not licensed to operate within your state, or to collect in your state, you legally do not have to pay them back. From a moral standpoint, you should pay them, the legal amount, but who am I to judge? ;)

Anthony is right. None of them except Cashnetusa is licensed in OH. You need to contact the AG's office and file a complaint the AG's office will also forward your complaint with the Dept. Of Financial Institutions, they started a file for these internet pdl complaints, I know because my complaints are the ones that got the file started. The more complaints that come in the better is what they told me. Up until I complained and repeatedly followed up, they were unaware that internet pdls existed and were conducting business with OH consumers.
