I am sure you all are sick of my postings. Sorry for that. I have been on here in communication regarding pdl's from United Processing Legal Dept.

I came to work today to discuss with my boss, they called yesterday and told him that someone would be coming here to my work to arrest me today. Its some scary stuff, i havent slep at all since monday night, and its almost to much to take. Is there anyway to stop the calls, or will they just get worse. Please someone help me! I dont want to go to jail, and i cant loose my job, or i mise well be in jail.

You absolutely cannot be arrested. They are using that as a scare tactic to force you to pay. It is totally illegal. PLEASE contact your state AG as soon as possible. What state are you in - we can point you in the right direction. You can try mailing them a cease and desist letter - since they work illegally, it probably won't matter to them, but at least you would have a paper trail of trying. You also need to calculate how much you have already paid them so far. Please send us more details and we will try to help as much as possible.

I live in MN, the loans are through arrowhead, unitedcash, and one other i cant remeber. I am having my bank fax me the information for that account so i can know who all the payday loans are through. But the only i worry about is this United Processing the rest have been resonable with working with me, however. I think it would be a good idea to send the all ceast and desist letters, and a letter to stop them from taking my wages. How do i do that, where can i get a template for that. Can i do that? Let me know thats so much.

As stated, do not let these people intimidate you with threats of going to jail, etc. You will not go to jail. They are just trying to scare you, but don't let them.

As far as phone calls go, talk to the people you work with and let them know that these calls may come in. Some people here have told these people that they do not "he/she does not work for the company any more" and that might work, or just hang up on them. You do not have to take their abuse. As soon as they start going into their spill, just hang up on them, and have your co-workers do the same. That might help. But just stay strong and hang in there! It will get better.
