I am in search of a debt settlement company (NOT debt consolidation, NO 3rd party intervention) that will help someone in North Carolina. PLEASE HELP!

Debt Settlement is Illegal in North Carolina

Unfortunately, debt settlement is unlawful in North Carolina. You must retain an attorney or do it yourself.

There are some great books at NOLO PRESS or The National Consumer Law Center.
