Illegal to close the account?

Are these internet or storefront pdls? I know TX has a claus in their law where if you take out a pdl and close the account before they can deposit the check the storefront pdl (which is licensed) has the option to press charges if you do not pay on the check.

4 of them are storefront but the ones I am more worried about are the internet payday loans. CTC, Cashnetusa, netcashusa, Venture zurloanshop(which I need to find who this is?).

Also I intend to pay them back, I just lost my job and won't be starting a new until mid June therefore, my first pay check will be July. Do I need to send that wage assignment letter to CTC, even though I am no longer an employee.
