I've gathered all my information on my outstanding loans. 3 I have decided to work out payment arrangements -Worldwide Cash, Cashnetusa, and Cashcentral.

I need advice on these four:

Geneva Roth -$200/paid $540 in fees
National MoneyStore - $350/paid $350
Cashdirect Express - $200/paid $206 and owed by a CA now
National Opportunities -$300/paid $237.50

Now about 2 I am undecided if I should let sleeping dogs lie:

USFastCash I defaulted on months ago, and haven't received any collection calls. In fact, they called me twice in the past week to see if I WANTED A NEW LOAN from them, since I was a "Preferred Customer"!!! Wow...free money! I told "thanks but no thanks." Who knows if it were a ploy to get my new bank account info in the end.

PowerFunding - No collection calls or letters

I followed some of puddlejmpr's advice and gave Kathleen a short call, and she told me if I have a complaint to file, I'd have to do it in writing. I'm not sure what my options are with Geneva Roth, National Opportunities, National MoneyStore, and Cashdirect Express would be. I am hoping I can just send paid in full requests to all except for National Opportunities and send them money order for $63.50. I've never dealt with payday loans in such big numbers, so it's overwhelming! These are all internet lenders.

I would let sleeping dogs lie. At least until you get the others taken care of. I think it's great that you got to make arrangements with those. Do not try and settle all of them at once. You might end up short on payday. Just take one at a time. I have not dealt with any of those companies. But you can start with a PIF letter. State the laws (which suck) but let them know that they are not licensed to lend in WI. Send in those letter to Kathleen she will help. Make sure you include your e-mail addy. This way if she has any questions it is faster through e-mail. And when you send out any letter , keep a copy for your files.

I did send an email to Kathleen with a summary of my situations, but this is all she has sent to me so far:

Quote:

Hello, Ms. Lockhart:

Your complaints have been received and are assigned to our Division of Banking. You should hear from the examiner shortly.

Take care...

Does she usually respond like this...or did I do something to irritate or annoy her? :(
