Payday loans in Kansas

Has anyone in Kansas ever had to deal with paying of your payday loans in Kansas? I'm trying to sort myself out and I'm hoping someone can help with some advice. I have talked with the payday loan officials and tried to setup payment arrangements but they won't let me until my checks are returned with insufficient funds. Any advice???
