Hi,

I've defaulted with One Click Cash and United Cash Loans (one and the same company?) and have way overpaid both. Got money back from unauthorized debit from OCC from my credit union and request refund from both and PIF. I have e-mailed daily and faxed once or twice the refund requests and PIF letters. I have not heard a thing from either one. Now what? Do I mail certified letters? I have yet to submit complaints to AG/DFI but that is next. Should I just wait and hope they go away? Not sure what to do to get a response from them.

No, they are definitely not licensed in AZ. I e-mailed the AG's office but just got an auto response e-mail. Should I call? I know there are online complaint forms but none of them fit the category I'm looking for. I printed out complaint forms for AZ's DFI and will fax those as soon as I have filled them out. I'll keep looking for the right online form for the AG's office. You'd think One Click would have responded since my credit union reversed the charges back to them.

One Click Cash and United are the same company (MTE Financial) they are the nastiest pdls to deal with, they will keep after you even after you file your complaint with AG/DFI, now with me they tried to present a check (they made up) to my credit Union for $545 on 5/30/07 and it was returned for NSF when I called the credit union and questioned them about my revocation fo their ach their answer was that since they did not and have not tried to ach the account they could not stop the presentation of the check. I am going tomorrow to close the account to prevent any more of thse bogus checks.

I have a loan with One Click Cash and I still owe them like 30 bucks. I received one letter from them stating that my revocation letter was a form letter and blah blah.I haven't heard from them since. My issue is with Eastside Lenders. I have sent them my revocation letter via email and certified mail. I sent the certified mail letter over a week ago and have not received the return receipt back from them. They tried to debit my closed account AGAIN, even after I told them that the account was closed. I have overpaid this loan by $162.50 and I just want it marked paid in full. They are saying I still owe them $287.50. Should I send them ANOTHER certified letter? I have been in touch with my states financial office and I haven't heard anything else.

This company is one of the nastiest. They think they are above the law. They claim to be of the Indian nation and that they are exempt from US law. They were in Nevada and then ran to Oklahama the last I heard. File those complaints as soon as possible with the Attorney General. KYSIDE38

I went online last night and filed complaints with my AG office on both UCL and One Click. Maybe that will get their attention. I will also be filing complaints with the DFI for my state. I will send them certified letters next week. Has anyone had their accounts marked PIF? I don't even care if I get a refund, I just want them to go away.

When I did all mailing and stuff, I never heard from UCL at all and when I tried to log into my account was not able to, then all of the sudden they sent a check through my account (which I do not have any more) and I was not able to recover the money. Watch your account and do make sure you file those complaints!

Well, the account is closed so I don't have to worry about them sneaking a check through. I just want some resolution to all this mess. At least for them to tell me no way or okay or something? I don't want it to just be hanging there for months but I don't want to pay them anymore either.
