Enhanced Recovery Corporation : Alleged for being rude!!

I received calls from them when I was in overdraft for a while with my WAMU account. I do know they are a collection agency

They are a collection agency. But be careful, there is a lawsuit against them for their business practices, and the collectors are unprofessional.

I have seen unprofessional collection agencies. I live in Buffalo NY which by the way is #2 in the world for the most collection agencies. I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly, trust me... I work in the collection industry. This company prides themselves in being "Legal, Moral & Ethical" and comparing ERC to any other agency, uh well, there is no comparison. They take compliance very serious there. Of course you will get one or two bad eggs on the phone but when they catch them, which they do routine call monitoring, they nip it in the bud IMMEDIATLY. They have a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for any kind of illegal, immoral or unethical behavior. Of course they are a collection agency and no one wants to be called by a collection agency so naturally consumers point the finger to the agency as the bad guy because the consumer is in debt.
