To start with you probably should close you bank account. You will also need to send these companies letters stating that you revoke your authorization to debit your account, any wage assignment, to contact your employer or place of employment. Send this via email or USPS. (Make sure you keep copies) Also tell them you will only communicate with them via email or USPS, that way you have in writing what has transpired between you and them. Be prepared for some nasty phone calls and threats, but do not let them get to you. You will not be arrested or anything like that.

All that you need to pay back is what you originally borrowed, so you should go through your bank account and see how much you borrowed from each one and how much you have paid them back so far and just pay the difference.
