I have made a huge mess and I am found this site kind of by mistake. I actually had like 5 payday loans going at once, and I managed to pay off 3 of them, I was making arrangements to pay off the other 2 when I lost my job. Now because of these payday loans my account is in the negative and they are still trying to take money out of my account, thus causing me to get farther and farther in the hole. Both companies are making up to 7 simontanious attempts to withdraw funds, each at a cost of $25 NSF fee to my account. I am already struggling because of losing my job with paying my rent, and utilities and food. I am also a single mom, and I am drowning fast. Does anyone have anything that can help me get a toe hold? I have found a job, but I am starting out thousands in the rear now, with more and more attempts to withdraw made from my account every couple of days!

Close your bank account, open a new one and put fraud claims all over the old one. Total up what you've paid the leeches in fees, and if it's over your principal, demand that your accounts be marked paid in full, or escalate to the State Attorney General! Pay rent and put food on the table first.
