I've been e-mailin my pdl companies all day for an original copy of the loan agreement I entered into w/ them........the only one that has complied was direct express cash. The others I'm getting the run around or no response at all. The loan shop keeps telling me I have to sign a financial release form before I can see my own contract which has to be notarized..g and B&L just keeps sending account summaries. SJM hasn't responsed at all. Midland Market sent me some other persons contract with some name I didnt know and banking information that wasnt mine and told me that mine would be the same but just with my information on it. I was told I needed copies of my original loan agreements is this true? To take to the bank when I close my account?

Yeah the loan agreement they sent me had some guys name on it and account information......dont know if this was an actual guy or so bogus person they put in there.....
The person who told me to bring loan agreements with me to the bank was a person working at the secretary of state in arkansas and actually she told me legally i could not close my account....so i'm so confused
