I need a way to get them paid off. I can't afford them anymore with all the fees. Who can help me, please!

OK, this is a good start!
Now you need to do the following: First, revoke any Voluntary Wage Assignments you have signed which allow the PDL companies to garnish your paycheck should you default. Do this in writing with your payroll dept today and call to confirm they have received it. Based on your list, I know that you probably signed one for Northway. These companies are sneaky and will try and cash in on this, so you must do it ASAP.
Second, break down how much each loan was for and how much you have actually paid on it. This will give us a better picture as to where you are at in the process.

I don't have all the original agreements. Should I contact them for the balances? Also, what exactly would I tell my payroll department? The following are the original amounts I borrowed from each company and for the most part have just been paying the fees.

Geneva Roth $400.00
Payday 2 go $400.00
ameriloan $300.00
United Cash Loans $300.00
Northway Debit $500.00
Instant Loans Now $ 500.00
Global Financial $225.00

To find out how much you have paid these people, just go through your bank statements or if you can pull your account up on line, do that. You should be able to see the debits these companies took out of your account. If you cannot get on line or have all your bank statements, contact your bank and ask them for copies of your bank statements.

I unfortunely did a pdl online with GENEVA ROTH CAP and they loaned me 350.00 and stated they will take out 90.00 each pay period from my chking acct. They will also send me emails reminding me that the monies are coming out on my pay periods. Okay as of yet I havent received any emails or follow up phone calls. They called from a private number I tried to find them on the internet but that went no where. I called my bank (Wachovia)and talked with a rep and asked for there phone number and address since they were getting there money every two wks the bank should have there information like any another company I have to pay through my chking or savings acct but wachovia doesnt even have information on them except that they are taking 90.00 out my acct every other friday. I also reported them to the FTC office since im stopping the 90.00 withdrawal from coming out my acct. Now I wanna make sure is there anything else I need to do so they wont sue me or if they do what should I have in preperation for that?

It is doubtful that they will sue as they are probably not liscensed to lend in your state....or any other state for that matter. The reason why you cannot locate any info on them is that most of these companies are doing illegal things and do not want to be able to be traced. Unfortunately, trying to stop their debits will probably not help because they will just submit a paper check to get their money or change the amount of the debit and use a diff business name. Your best bet would be to close the account and open a new one. I know its a pain in the butt, but I tried your route and ended up -1600 in bank fees and overdrafts that I have to pay. Trust me, save yourself the headache!
