I am a single mother whom found herself in a bad financial situation. So I took out a payday loan (my credit is bad thanks to my ex husband) well one payday loan lead to another. Now I am under 6 of them and all I can do is pay the interest I want to pay them off....how can I do this with them taking my money each payday? Is there a way to set these things up on a pmt. to pay them out straight?? I need help with this really bad.

Unfortunately the best thing for you to do right now is to close your checking account and open a new one so that you can deal with them on your terms. Who are the loans with, for how much each originally, how much have you paid and what state do you live in? You can expect to be threatened with ungodly things but fear not because they cannot have you arrested or harm you in any way.
You must revoke any wage assignment agreements you made with them and do it by certified mail. Once they start calling send them all a cease and desist letter. Get ready to fight the good fight. Do not worry there is light at the end of the tunnel. Lots of us have been there.

I live in Alabama. I have one with Checkngo (500.00) one with Cashtransfers (400.00), paydayloans (300.00), dollarquick (300.00), National Opportunities Unlimited (300.00) and Northway Financial (400.00). I am going to send out the certified letters this week and close my account out..
