See, i have a child in the house and i am a single mom. No food in the fridge and no one to borrow from. No gas in the car and i have to get to work...my account is minus $61.00 on onverdraft fee's. This is why i am borrowing BUT i also know some lenders are scammers....I wanted to know what there is to know about impactcashusa laons. I borrowed $150.00 from them to help me make it through the next paycheck.

I just borrowed it this morning, havent made any payment arrangements yet. I just wanted to know if anyone has had troublw with this lender before. I have found in the past that Although PDL's are not the best options, sometimes for someone people they are the only option. All weekend my son and i have been eating cereal, we have no food at all. Ofcourse i had to come to work this morning and with a quater tank of gas i am in trouble for the rest of the week.
Anyway, so i borrowed, they offered me $300.00 i opted for the $150.00 instead so i can be able to repay it.

I had a loan with them in 2007, was a single mom, went into default. I finally paid in 2008 after it was turned over to another company. Now I am being dunned for it again only the fee has doubled. It has been 3 years and of course I don't have my receipt where I paid it nor do I have the name of the company they sold the debt to...so I am screwed.

no way!!!just send this place a DV letter certified mail return receipt.it is up to them to prove you owe this,not up to you to prove you don't.also impactcash is not a legal lender at all.chances are you didn't owe the other place you paid.that is how illegal pdl's operate.get the letter out,and either watch them disappear,or sue them for not validating.either way you are not screwed.
