Legally owe to Cash Transfer Center?

Can anyone calculate how much I would legally owe to Cash Transfer Center if I took out $600 on 5/13, haven't paid anything yet, and I'm in FL. I defaulted on the 25th & their collections dept. has begun calling me..I'm calling them back during lunch and just want to know how much I legally owe, when I log in to my account on their website it says I owe $820. That's not correct, is it?

The maximum they can loan is $500.00 and CTC has violated this by loaning $600.00. Also under the Florida statute, you are entitled to a repayment plan. You need to advise them of this. Also, you need to revoke the wage assignment immediately. They will contact payroll and try for a garnishment. Which they can't legally do without a court order.

They are really one of the worst to deal with. They will send a wage assignment to your job. You must revoke it. They do have a call center somewhere in British Columbia. If you search this site you will find out a lot about them. They will also call your refs if you don't return their calls right away. The only good thing is that once they don't get anywhere with you they will offer a reasonable settlement. Because they are operating illegally in this country they really have no teeth just a lot of bark.
