I cancelleed with your company due to the fact that if I inquired as to the status of my account, anything, wanted to know anything, my questions were never answered. I was told I would get a refund 60 days after I cancelled. When I called to inquire, they said the fees all went to an Attorney. Funny, all the complaints about you say the same thing. I asked to speak with an Attorney twice and was not allowed to. We were told that our first 3 payments were for Attorney fees. When I asked several times for an itemized statement, I never got one. I have never had anything in writing from your Company. I have filed a report with the Better Business Bureau. I think it is a shame that you take advantage of people who are already under stress because they can not make payments. Perhaps if your employees were a little more accommidating, or we could look on line, or we did not have to call long distance (as I did in the beginning) before you got the 800 number, or you knew which of the two addresses listed on your letterhead to mail correspondence to, less people would cancel. Also, the third party who signs us up for your service fails to mention he does not work for you, so you don't know who you can talk to about your account. I hope you will never be under as much stress and financial trouble and have to deal with a company like yours who takes your money and puts you further in debt. I also hope that the many people you have hurt, get the money you owe them.
